Hey there,
Gaia was started at end of 2008, so we have been up and running nearly a year. The linkshell was originally a manaburn shell, but we quickly started accepting melee jobs. We have currently around 12~ active members, meaning we have to aim for perfection at each event. We split AF2s and all profits fair & square, leaving no space for drama.
